  I got Simon to repaint my living room and dining room area last month, and I have to say that he is a tremendous painter.   Simon is very committed to his work, very methodical and does an excellent job. He stained large wooden doors at my place. He took considerable care with preparation as in sanding back and then applied both the stain and then a protection filter on top of that. He was careful to apply the recommended number of multiple coats. He obviously likes his work and likes to produce a quality result. Have no hesitation in recommending him. May need to be patient in reaching him, but it is well worth it, as he clearly has very good knowledge and skills. He may be busy on the job.
